Welcome, and thank you for supporting my creative work. By accessing this site or purchasing artwork, you’re agreeing to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully—and if you have any questions, reach out any time at hello@katerinamarieedwards.com.

1. Overview

This site is operated by me, Katerina Marie Edwards. By visiting or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and engage in the “Service.”

2. Eligibility

You confirm that you are of legal age in your location—or have parental consent—to use this site. You also agree to respect my work and not use it for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

3. Artwork & Orders

I offer three kinds of creations:

A. Print-on-Demand Artwork
Each print is created just for you. Slight variations may occur due to the print process.

B. Original Paintings
These are one-of-a-kind pieces. All sales are final unless damaged in transit.

C. Custom Paintings
Commissioned pieces are made uniquely for you. Once work has begun, these orders are non-refundable. A non-refundable deposit may be required to begin. Final payment is due before shipping. I reserve the right to decline custom requests at my discretion.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because my work is made to order or one of a kind, I do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, I’ll make it right:

  • Prints: Contact me within 30 days with clear photos for a replacement or refund.
  • Originals: If your painting is damaged, get in touch right away so we can find a solution.
  • Customs: All sales are final, but if damaged, I’ll work with you to resolve it.

5. Intellectual Property

All images, artwork, and content on this site are original and protected by copyright. Purchasing does not grant reproduction rights. Please don’t copy, resell, or use the artwork without written permission.

6. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely through third-party platforms. I don’t store payment data. Please ensure your billing and shipping info is accurate to avoid delivery issues.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Prints: Fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner. Shipping times vary.
  • Originals: Personally packaged and shipped by me with care. You’ll receive tracking once it’s en route.
  • Customs: Timelines are discussed individually, as each piece is unique and may take extra time.

Once shipped, I’m not liable for delays or losses caused by the carrier—but I’ll always try to help if an issue arises.

8. Limitation of Liability

All services and artwork are provided “as is.” I am not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this site or my work.
