Ensuring your artwork arrives safely—and with care—is a top priority. Below you’ll find details on how I ship prints, original paintings, and custom creations, with clarity and consideration every step of the way.


Fine Art Prints

For prints, I partner with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand provider, to produce and deliver your order directly to you.

Processing Time
Each print is custom-made for you. Most orders are ready in 2–5 business days, though it may take longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 3–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its journey.

Please note: Unexpected delays can happen due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. Thanks for your patience and understanding.


Original Paintings & Custom Artwork

Originals and commissioned pieces are unique by nature—and so is their packaging and delivery. These are handled by me personally to ensure safe, secure arrival.

How It Works:

1. After purchase (or once your custom piece is finalized), I’ll calculate a shipping quote based on:

  • Size and weight of the artwork
  • Your delivery location
  • Special requirements (insurance, tracking, signature)

2. You’ll receive a detailed quote including:

  • Carrier rates
  • Packaging and handling
  • Full-value insurance

3. Once approved, I’ll prepare and ship your artwork with care.


Estimated Timelines

  • Original Paintings: Shipped within 3–5 business days after quote approval
  • Custom Paintings: Timelines vary based on the creation process; we’ll discuss this during commissioning.

International Shipping

Yes, I ship worldwide! Please be aware:

  • Customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply depending on your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Delivery times can vary due to customs processing or international delays.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Your peace of mind matters. If something goes wrong, I’ll do my best to make it right:

  • Print Orders: If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact me at hello@katerinamarieedwards.com within 30 days with clear photos. I’ll coordinate a replacement or refund with Printful.
  • Originals & Customs: If your artwork arrives damaged, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll help resolve the issue, which may involve filing an insurance claim or offering repair, replacement, or a partial refund.
