Return & Refund Policy

Each piece I offer—whether original or made to order—is created with care, intention, and artistry. As such, all sales are final. However, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, I’ll work with you to make it right.


Fine Art Prints
All prints are custom-made to order. For this reason, I don’t accept general returns or exchanges.
If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact me within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos. I’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund where needed.


Original Paintings
Each original is a one-of-a-kind work of art. All sales are final.
That said, I take great care to pack these pieces securely. If your painting arrives damaged, reach out immediately with photos of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll work on a resolution together.


Custom Paintings
Custom work is uniquely created for you. Once work begins, it is non-refundable.
If damage occurs during delivery, contact me within 48 hours with photos of:

  • The artwork
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

If possible, I may offer restoration guidance. If the damage is significant, we’ll discuss a fair resolution—either a partial refund or replacement (where feasible).
All originals are shipped with insurance, and I’ll handle any carrier claims on your behalf.


European Union Customers
As each piece is custom-made or one of a kind, these items fall under exemptions from the standard 14-day return period (Directive 2011/83/EU).
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I will offer a replacement or refund.


Lost or Unclaimed Packages
Please double-check your shipping details. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or goes unclaimed, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs.


Refunds
Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect orders (prints, originals, or customs) when the issue cannot be resolved otherwise.
If this applies, email hello@katerinamarieedwards.com with photos, and I’ll handle it from there.
